This fresh fillet has a wide range of uses. Packaged in 2 x 5kg trays makes it easy for storage and perfect for smaller applications where space is a premium. Individual fillets a calibrated and checked to ensure only top quality fillets are used with no spots or marks. Each tray is then packaged and sealed in a protective atmosphere and stored in a 10kg master carton.
