Avocado Egg Rice Bowl Recipe🥑
Ingredients:
🔸️1 cup cooked rice
🔸️1 ripe avocado, sliced or cubed
🔸️1–2 eggs
🔸️1 tbsp olive oil
🔸️½ tsp soy sauce
🔸️1 tsp lemon juice
🔸️Salt and pepper to taste
🔸️Chilli flakes
🔸️1 tbsp chopped coriander or spring onion (for garnish)
Instructions:
🔸️Reheat cooked rice or make fresh. Fluff and season lightly with salt and a splash of soy sauce or lemon juice if desired.
🔸️Boil, poach, or fry the eggs to your liking. For a creamy yolk, a 6–7 minute soft boil is ideal.
🔸️In a serving bowl, layer the rice as the base.
🔸️Top with sliced avocado, cooked eggs, and any optional veggies or pickles.
🔸️Drizzle with olive oil or sesame oil.
🔸️Add salt, pepper, and chilli flakes.
