Determining Delivery Eligibility:

Our automatic postcode checker will confirm whether we can deliver to your area. It will also specify the designated delivery day for your location.

Order Amendments:

Please note that once your order is placed, amendments cannot be made. We kindly request that you thoroughly inspect your goods upon delivery. Any shortages or claims must be promptly reported by calling 020 8864 2600, selecting option 3 for our out-of-hours team, or emailing us at Failure to notify us immediately will invalidate any claims.

Order Cancellation:

You have the legal right to cancel an order within 7 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) from the day of your order providing it has not been dispatched. To cancel your order, please notify us by email at at least 48 hours before your dispatch day (as indicated in your cart). If you decide to cancel or return products after they have been delivered, a handling fee of £30 will apply.

Please note that this right to cancel does not apply to perishable products, including fresh and frozen foods (e.g., fresh meat, fresh chicken, frozen chicken, frozen meat, frozen seafood, frozen vegetables), defrosted products, and items that cannot be resold once unwrapped (e.g., frozen meat, frozen packaged items). Additionally, customized items, such as bespoke butchered lamb, mutton, or beef, cannot be returned.

Missed Deliveries:

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to no one being available to receive it, your order will be canceled and returned to the depot. A refund will be issued, minus a restocking fee of £25.

Delivery Address and Instructions:

Deliveries will be made to the address provided in your order. It is essential to ensure that someone is present to accept delivery. If you have provided specific delivery instructions to leave the package in a safe location, the carrier will follow these instructions. However, neither the carrier nor shall be held liable in the event that the order goes missing, either in part or in full.

Delivery Timeframe:

If we are unable to deliver your goods within 30 days of the order date, we will notify you via email to arrange an alternative delivery date. In some cases, we may deliver the goods in installments if they are not available for simultaneous delivery.

  • Free Shipping: For retail customers, orders above £150 qualify for free shipping.
  • Wholesale Customers: Orders above £300 are eligible for free shipping.
  • Standard Delivery (3 to 7 days) for orders below £150 for retail customers placed before 2 p.m. - £10.00
  • Standard Delivery (3 to 7 days) for order below £300 for wholesale customers placed before 2pm - £25.00
