Ingredients:
🔸️ 4 trout fillets
🔸️ 2 cucumbers
🔸️ 3 tbsp olive oil
🔸️ 1 tbsp lemon juice
🔸️ 2 garlic cloves
🔸️ 1 tsp smoked paprika
🔸️ 1 tsp ground cumin
🔸️ Salt and pepper
🔸️ Fresh dill (for garnish)
🔸️ Lemon wedges
🔸️1 tbsp white vinegar
Instructions:
🔸️ In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
🔸️ Brush the trout fillets with the marinade on both sides. Let them sit for about 15-20 mins.
🔸️ In a bowl, mix the sliced cucumber with white vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, and chopped dill. Set aside.
🔸️ Preheat the grill to medium heat. Place the trout fillets skin-side down on the grill. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the fillets. The fish should be opaque and easily flake with a fork.
🔸️ Place the grilled trout fillets on a plate. Serve with the cucumber salad on the side, and garnish with fresh dill and lemon wedges.
