Boneless Beef Nihari🍛
Ingredients:
🔸️500g boneless beef
🔸️1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
🔸️½ cup fried onions
🔸️¼ cup oil or ghee
🔸️1 tbsp wheat flour
🔸️2 tbsp nihari masala
🔸️Salt to taste
🔸️4–5 cups water
🔸️1 small onion
🔸️1 green chilli
🔸️½ cup fresh cream
🔸️¼ cup tomato puree
Instructions:
🔸️Heat oil, add ginger garlic paste and sauté until golden.
🔸️Add beef and sear for 5 mins.
🔸️Mix all spices and add to the beef. Cook on medium heat till aromatic.
🔸️Add crushed fried onions and water. Bring to boil.
🔸️Cover and slow simmer for 1.5–2 hours until meat is fall-apart tender.
🔸️Stir in wheat flour slurry. Cook for 15–20 mins more to thicken.
🔸️Garnish and serve with naan or kulcha.
