Boneless Chicken Curry Recipe 🍛🍗

Ingredients:
🔸 500g boneless chicken (cut into cubes)
🔸 2 medium onions, finely chopped
🔸 2 medium tomatoes, pureed
🔸 2 green chilies, slit
🔸 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
🔸 ½ tsp turmeric, cumin powder
🔸 1 tsp red chili, coriander powder
🔸 ½ tsp garam masala
🔸 Salt to taste
🔸 3 tbsp oil
🔸 ½ cup plain yogurt (whisked)
🔸 Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:
🔸 Heat oil in a pan; sauté onions until golden brown.
🔸 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies; cook until fragrant.
🔸 Stir in turmeric, red chili, coriander, and cumin powder; cook for a minute.
🔸 Add tomato puree; cook until oil separates from the masala.
🔸 Add chicken pieces, mix well, and cook for 5–6 minutes on medium heat.
🔸 Stir in yogurt, cover, and cook until chicken is tender.
🔸 Add 1 cup water, salt, and simmer for 8–10 minutes.
🔸 Sprinkle garam masala and finish with fresh coriander.
🔸 Serve hot with rice, naan, or chapati.
