🔸️500g boneless mutton
🔸️1 large onion, finely chopped
🔸️1-2 green chilies
🔸️2-3 garlic cloves, minced
🔸️1-inch piece of ginger, grated
🔸️1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves
🔸️1/4 cup mint leaves, chopped
🔸️1/2 tsp cumin powder,garam masala,turmeric powder,red chilli powder
🔸️1/2 teaspoon salt
🔸️1 egg (for binding)
🔸️2-3 tbsp breadcrumbs

Instructions:
🔸️ In a large mixing bowl, add the minced mutton.
🔸️ Add finely chopped onions, green chilies, garlic, ginger, coriander, and mint leaves.
🔸️ Mix in the cumin powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
🔸️ Crack in the egg and mix everything thoroughly. If the mixture feels too loose, add breadcrumbs for binding.
🔸️ Divide the mixture into small portions and shape each into a round or oval-shaped cutlet. You can flatten them slightly to form a more uniform shape.
🔸️ Heat oil in a shallow frying pan over medium heat.
🔸️ Once the oil is hot, carefully place the cutlets in the pan. Don’t overcrowd the pan; cook in batches if necessary.
🔸️ Fry the cutlets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through
🔸️ Remove the cutlets from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil..
