Ingredients:
🔸 1 kg chicken
🔸 1 cup yogurt
🔸 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
🔸 2 tbsp butter
🔸 2 tbsp oil
🔸 1 large onion, chopped
🔸 2 cups tomato purée
🔸 10–12 cashews
🔸 ½ tsp turmeric
🔸 1 tsp red chilli, coriander & cumin powder
🔸 1 tsp garam masala
🔸 1 tbsp kasuri methi
🔸 ½ cup fresh cream
🔸 Salt to taste
🔸 Fresh coriander
Instructions:
🔸 Marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, salt, turmeric & chilli powder for 30 mins.
🔸 Heat oil + butter, cook the chicken until lightly browned; set aside.
🔸 In the same pan, sauté onions, add tomato purée & cashews, cook until oil separates.
🔸 Blend into a smooth, creamy sauce.
🔸 Return to pan, add chicken, spices, kasuri methi & cream.
🔸 Simmer for 10–12 mins until rich, creamy, and flavourful.
🔸 Garnish with butter & coriander. Serve with naan or rice.
