Cheesy Baked Mussels Recipe

Ingredients:
🔸 12 fresh mussels, cleaned and half-shelled
🔸 2 tbsp butter
🔸 2 garlic cloves, minced
🔸 ½ cup breadcrumbs
🔸 ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
🔸 2 tbsp mayonnaise
🔸 1 tsp lemon juice
🔸 1 tsp parsley, chopped
🔸 ¼ tsp black pepper
🔸 ¼ tsp paprika

Instructions:
🔸 Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F.
🔸 In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
🔸 In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, grated cheddar, mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley, pepper, and paprika.
🔸 Place the mussels on a baking tray lined with foil.
🔸 Spoon the cheesy mixture over each mussel.
🔸 Bake for 8–10 mins until cheese is golden and bubbly.
🔸 Serve hot with a sprinkle of fresh parsley and a wedge of lemon.
