Chicken Keema Quesadilla Recipe

Chicken Keema Quesadilla Recipe🫓🐔
Ingredients:
🔸 250 g minced chicken (keema)
🔸 1 small onion, finely chopped
🔸 1 green chili, finely chopped
🔸 2 garlic cloves, minced
🔸 ½ tsp ginger paste
🔸 ½ tsp cumin powder
🔸 ½ tsp coriander powder
🔸 ¼ tsp garam masala
🔸 Salt & pepper
🔸 2 tbsp oil
🔸 2–3 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
🔸 4 flour tortillas
🔸 1 cup grated cheese
🔸 Optional: chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies (for garnish)

Instructions:
🔸 Heat oil in a pan; sauté onion, garlic, chili, and ginger until fragrant.
🔸 Add minced chicken, cook until no longer pink.
🔸 Stir in cumin, coriander, garam masala, salt, and pepper; cook until keema is well done.
🔸 Mix in cilantro and remove from heat.
🔸 Place a tortilla on a skillet; spread some keema and cheese on half, fold over.
🔸 Cook on medium heat until golden brown and cheese melts, flip and repeat.
🔸 Remove, cut into wedges and serve hot.
