Ingredients:
• Chicken liver
• Onion (sliced)
• Garlic & ginger paste
• Green chillies
• Turmeric powder
• Red chilli powder
• Coriander powder
• Garam masala
• Fresh coriander
• Cooking oil
• Salt & black pepper
Method:
- Heat oil and sauté the onions until golden.
- Add garlic, ginger, and green chillies, then cook until fragrant.
- Stir in the spices and cook for 1–2 minutes.
