A quick, spicy, and flavour-packed chicken liver fry made with aromatic spices, onions, and fresh herbs. Perfect with naan, chapati, or steamed rice!

Ingredients:
• Chicken liver
• Onion (sliced)
• Garlic & ginger paste
• Green chillies
• Turmeric powder
• Red chilli powder
• Coriander powder
• Garam masala
• Fresh coriander
• Cooking oil
• Salt & black pepper

Method:

  1. Heat oil and sauté the onions until golden.
  2. Add garlic, ginger, and green chillies, then cook until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the spices and cook for 1–2 minutes.
  4. Add the chicken liver and cook over medium heat until tender and fully cooked.
  5. Finish with garam masala and fresh coriander before serving.
