Chicken Malai Tikka Recipe
Ingredients:
🔸 500 g boneless chicken, cut into cubes
🔸 ½ cup fresh cream
🔸 3 tbsp thick yoghurt
🔸 2 tbsp grated cheese
🔸 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
🔸 1 tbsp lemon juice
🔸 2 green chilies, finely chopped
🔸 ½ tsp white pepper powder
🔸 ½ tsp garam masala
🔸 ½ tsp cardamom powder
🔸 Salt to taste
🔸 2 tbsp oil or melted butter
🔸 Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)

Instructions:
🔸 In a mixing bowl, combine yoghurt, cream, cheese, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, green chilies, white pepper, garam masala, cardamom, and salt.
🔸 Add chicken cubes, coat well, and marinate for at least 2 hours.
🔸 Preheat grill or oven to 200°C. Thread chicken onto skewers.
🔸 Grill or bake for 15–20 minutes, basting with oil or butter halfway through.
🔸 Once cooked, garnish with fresh coriander and a squeeze of lemon.
🔸 Cook on medium heat until golden brown and cheese melts, flip and repeat.
🔸 Serve hot with mint chutney and onion rings.
