A delicious, flavoursome and creamy chicken curry bursting with flavour, perfect for those lovely home dinners. With its quick and simple recipe, its a firm favourite for us here.
Ingredients:

500 g boneless chicken thighs cut into cubes

100 g natural yoghurt

10 g garlic chopped

1 tsp garam masala powder

300 g chickpeas mashed

500 ml tomato juice

20 g honey

1 tsp ground fenugreek seeds

125 g butter
-
250 ml cream
Method:

Mix together yoghurt, garlic, garam masala and mashed chickpeas

Pour over chicken and marinate for several hours or overnight, ensuring the marinade gets into all the gaps

Cook chicken and marinade in a frying pan until chicken turns white on a medium to high heat

Add remaining ingredients and cook, uncovered for 45 minutes
- Serve with either a salad, in a wrap, naan bread or rice
