Chilli Chicken Liver Fry Recipe

Ingredients:
🔸️500g chicken livers, cleaned and trimmed
🔸️ 2 tbsp oil
🔸️ 1 medium onion, finely chopped
🔸️ 2 green chilies
🔸️ 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
🔸️ 1 tsp turmeric powder
🔸️ 1 tsp red chili powder
🔸️1 tsp soy sauce
🔸️ 1 tsp vinegar
🔸️ 1 tsp black pepper powder
🔸️ Salt to taste
🔸️ Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:
🔸️ Wash the chicken livers and pat dry. Cut them into bite-sized pieces if needed.
🔸️ Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onions until golden brown, then add the ginger-garlic paste and cook until fragrant.
🔸️ Add turmeric, red chili powder, and sliced green chilies. Mix well.
🔸️ Stir in the chicken livers and cook on medium heat for about 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
🔸️Add soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper, and salt. Stir well and cook for another 2–3 minutes until the livers are tender but not overcooked.
🔸️ Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
