"Spice up your dinner with these delicious Chilli Garlic Prawns! 🍤🔥
Ingredients
For the filling:
🔸️500g prawns, peeled
🔸️2 tbsp sesame oil
🔸️4 cloves garlic, minced
🔸️1 tsp ginger, minced
🔸️1 tsp chilli flakes
🔸️3 tbsp Sriracha
🔸️2 tsp soy sauce
🔸️3 tbsp brown sugar
🔸️1/2 cup water
Instructions
🔸️Heat sesame oil in a skillet over high heat. Sear prawns on each side until golden, then set aside.
🔸️In the same skillet, sauté garlic, ginger, and chilli flakes until aromatic.
🔸️Add water, Sriracha, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
🔸️Return prawns to the skillet and coat them with the sauce. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
🔸️Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with rice or a side salad.
