🔸️2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

🔸️1 cup heavy cream
🔸️1 cup chicken broth
🔸️1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
🔸️1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
🔸️8 ounces pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
🔸️1 cup baby spinach or chopped fresh basil (optional)
🔸️1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
🔸️Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
🔸️Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
🔸️Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
