Crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside & totally addictive ,the perfect snack or party starter
Ingredients:
🔸 300g boneless chicken (cut into bite-sized pieces)
🔸 ½ cup all-purpose flour
🔸 ¼ cup cornflour
🔸 1 tsp garlic powder
🔸 1 tsp paprika or chilli powder
🔸 ½ tsp black pepper
🔸 Salt to taste
🔸 1 egg (beaten)
🔸 Oil for deep frying
Instructions:
🔸 In a bowl, mix flour, cornflour, garlic powder, paprika, pepper and salt.
🔸 Dip chicken pieces into beaten egg.
🔸 Coat well with the flour mixture for extra crunch.
🔸 Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
🔸 Fry chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and crispy.
🔸 Remove and drain on kitchen paper.
🔸 Serve hot with your favourite dip or sauce.
