Egg Curry Recipe

Egg Curry Recipe 🍛🥚

Ingredients:
🔸 6 boiled eggs
🔸 2 medium onions, finely chopped
🔸 2 medium tomatoes, pureed
🔸 2 green chilies, slit
🔸 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
🔸 ½ tsp turmeric, cumin powder
🔸 1 tsp red chili, coriander powder
🔸 ½ tsp garam masala
🔸 Salt to taste
🔸 3 tbsp oil
🔸 Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
🔸 Heat oil in a pan; lightly fry the boiled eggs until golden and set aside.
🔸 In the same oil, sauté onions until golden brown.
🔸 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies; cook until fragrant.
🔸 Stir in turmeric, red chili, coriander, and cumin powder; cook for a minute.
🔸 Add tomato puree, cook until oil separates from the masala.
🔸 Add 1–1½ cups water, salt, and simmer for 5–6 minutes.
🔸 Gently add the fried eggs, sprinkle garam masala.
🔸 Simmer for another 5 minutes and finish with fresh coriander.
