Soft, juicy fish kebabs packed with spices and grilled to perfection – perfect for starters or wraps 😍✨
Ingredients:
🔸 500g boneless fish (like cod)
🔸 2 tbsp thick yogurt
🔸 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
🔸 1 tbsp lemon juice
🔸 1 tbsp mustard oil (or any oil)
🔸 1 tsp red chilli powder
🔸 1 tsp turmeric powder
🔸 1 tsp cumin powder
🔸 1 tsp coriander powder
🔸 1/2 tsp garam masala
🔸 1/2 tsp black pepper
🔸 Salt to taste
🔸 1 tbsp gram flour (besan)
🔸 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Instructions:
🔸 Wash and pat dry the fish pieces gently.
🔸 In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, oil, gram flour, and all the spices.
🔸 Add the fish and coat well with the marinade.
🔸 Cover and marinate for at least 30–60 minutes.
🔸 Thread onto skewers or place on a greased tray.
🔸 Grill in a preheated oven at 200°C for 12–15 minutes, turning halfway, until cooked and slightly charred.
🔸 Alternatively, shallow fry or cook on a pan until golden and flaky.
🔸 Serve hot with mint chutney, onion rings, or in wraps and enjoy 🐟🔥
