Indian Spiced Grilled Chicken Wings

250g Greek Style Yoghurt
1 tspn Coriander Powder

1 tspn Cumin Powder
1 tspn Garam Masala
1 tspn Paprika
1 tspn Chilli Powder
1 tspn Salt
1 tspn Onion Powder
1 tspn Garlic Powder
1 tspn Ginger Powder

Method:
1. Wash your chicken wings thoroughly and drain any excess water.
2. In a clean bowl add the yogurt and all the spices, mixing all the spices with the yogurt creating an almost paste like texture
3. Add the chicken wings and coat evenly allowing it to soak in yogurt. (for best results, marinate overnight)
4. Place on an open grill and cook for 35 minutes on a medium to high heat, ensuring regular rotation. If cooking in the oven, pre-heat to 200C and cook for 30 minutes.
