Crispy chicken wings tossed in a sweet, spicy Korean glaze – sticky, glossy & finger-licking good 🍗🔥
Ingredients:
🔸 500g chicken wings
🔸 3 tbsp cornflour
🔸 Oil for frying
🔸 Salt & pepper to taste
For Sticky Sauce:
🔸 2 tbsp soy sauce
🔸 2 tbsp honey
🔸 1 tbsp ketchup
🔸 1 tsp garlic (minced)
🔸 1 tsp red chilli flakes / gochujang
🔸 1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice
Garnish:
🔸 Sesame seeds
🔸 Spring onions
Instructions:
🔸 Pat dry chicken wings, season with salt & pepper, coat with cornflour.
🔸 Deep fry / air fry until golden, crispy and cooked through.
🔸 In a pan add soy sauce, honey, ketchup, garlic, chilli flakes and vinegar.
🔸 Cook the sauce for 1–2 minutes until thick and glossy.
🔸 Add fried wings into the pan and toss well until fully coated.
🔸 Sprinkle sesame seeds and spring onions on top.
🔸 Serve hot and enjoy sticky Korean-style wings 🍗🔥
