Lamb Burger Recipe🍔
Perfect for your next BBQ or family dinner👨🍳Ingredients:
🔸️500g lamb mince
🔸️1 small onion,
🔸️2–3 garlic cloves
🔸️1 tsp ground cumin,ground coriander
🔸️½ tsp smoked paprika
🔸️1 tbsp fresh parsley or mint (chopped)
🔸️Salt and black pepper to taste
🔸️2 tbsp breadcrumbs (optional, for texture)
🔸️1 egg (optional, for binding)
🔸️Burger buns
🔸️Lettuce leaves,Tomato slices,Red onion rings
🔸️Cheese slices,Spicy mayo
🔸️Cucumber slices
Instructions:
🔸️In a bowl, combine the lamb mince, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, parsley, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well using your hands or a spoon until everything is just combined. Don’t overwork the meat.
🔸️Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions. Shape each into a round patty, about 1.5 cm thick.
🔸️Heat a grill pan or frying pan over medium heat. Brush lightly with oil.
Cook the lamb patties for about 5–6 minutes per side, or until cooked through and nicely browned. (You can also BBQ them!)
🔸️While the patties cook, lightly toast the burger buns on the pan or grill until golden.
🔸️Spread tzatziki or spicy mayo on the buns. Layer with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and red onion. Add the hot lamb patty. Top with cheese if using. Cover with the top bun.
