Ingredients:
• Lamb keema (minced lamb)
• Onions
• Tomatoes
• Garlic & ginger paste
• Green chillies
• Turmeric powder
• Red chilli powder
• Garam masala
• Coriander powder
• Fresh coriander leaves
• Oil or ghee
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
- Add garlic, ginger paste, and green chillies, then cook until fragrant.
- Add tomatoes and all the spices, cooking until the masala thickens.
- Add lamb keema and cook well until browned and fully cooked.
Simmer for a few minutes for rich flavour, then garnish with fresh coriander.
Serve hot with naan, paratha, or steamed rice for the perfect comforting meal.
