Fluffy, spicy masala omelette packed with onions, chillies & herbs—perfect for breakfast or a quick snack 😍✨
Ingredients:
🔸 3 eggs
🔸 1 small onion (finely chopped)
🔸 1 small tomato (finely chopped)
🔸 1–2 green chillies (finely chopped)
🔸 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
🔸 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
🔸 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
🔸 1/2 tsp garam masala
🔸 Salt to taste
🔸 1–2 tbsp milk (optional, for fluffiness)
🔸 1 tbsp oil or butter
Instructions:
🔸 Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk well until frothy.
🔸 Add onion, tomato, green chillies, coriander leaves, and mix well.
🔸 Add turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt, and milk (if using). Mix again.
🔸 Heat oil or butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
🔸 Pour the egg mixture into the pan and spread evenly.
🔸 Cook on medium-low heat until the base is set and golden.
🔸 Flip carefully and cook the other side until fully done.
🔸 Fold and serve hot with toast, pav, or chutney 🍳🔥
