Mexican Chicken Tacos Recipe

Ingredients:
🔸 500g boneless chicken breast
🔸 1 medium onion, finely sliced
🔸 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
🔸 1 green chili, finely chopped
🔸 1 tbsp garlic paste
🔸 1 tbsp lime juice
🔸 1 tsp paprika
🔸 1 tsp cumin powder
🔸 1 tsp chili powder
🔸 ½ tsp oregano
🔸 Salt
🔸 3 tbsp oil
🔸 6 small taco shells
🔸 ½ cup shredded lettuce
🔸 ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
🔸 ½ cup sour cream or mayonnaise
🔸 Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:
🔸 Heat oil in a pan; sauté onions until soft and translucent.
🔸 Add garlic paste and chopped green chili; cook until fragrant.
🔸 Stir in paprika, cumin, oregano, and chili powder; sauté for 1 minute.
🔸 Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft and slightly saucy.
🔸 Add chicken strips, lime juice, and salt; cook for 8–10 minutes until tender and fully cooked.
🔸 Warm taco shells in a pan or oven.
🔸 Assemble tacos: add chicken filling, top with lettuce, cheese, sour cream, and fresh coriander.
🔸 Serve hot with salsa or guacamole on the side.
