Mutton Curry Recipe🥙
Ingredients:
🔸️500g boneless mutton
🔸️2 medium onions, finely sliced
🔸️2 tomatoes, chopped
🔸️1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
🔸️4 tbsp oil
🔸️½ tsp turmeric, chilli powder
🔸️1 bay leaf
🔸️1½ tsp coriander powder
🔸️1/2 tsp garam masala
🔸️Salt to taste
🔸️Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:
🔸️Heat oil in a pressure cooker or heavy-bottomed pan.
🔸️Add cumin seeds and bay leaf; let them splutter.
🔸️Add onions and sauté until golden brown and Mix in ginger-garlic paste and sauté.
🔸️Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft and mushy.
🔸️Add turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder, and salt. Cook the masala until oil separates.
🔸️Add the boneless mutton and mix well with the masala
🔸️Pour water to cover the mutton and Cover and pressure cook for 4–5 whistles.
🔸️Once cooked, open the lid and add garam masala. Simmer for 5 minutes.
🔸️Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice or roti.
