Spicy, juicy mutton keema wrapped in crispy tacos – the perfect fusion treat
Ingredients:
🔸 250g mutton keema (minced mutton)
🔸 1 tbsp oil
🔸 1 small onion (finely chopped)
🔸 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
🔸 1 tsp cumin powder
🔸 1 tsp coriander powder
🔸 ½ tsp turmeric powder
🔸 1 tsp red chilli powder
🔸 ½ tsp garam masala
🔸 Salt to taste
🔸 ½ cup chopped tomatoes
🔸 Fresh coriander (for garnish)
🔸 Taco shells
🔸 Lettuce, onion & sauces for filling
Instructions:
🔸 Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden.
🔸 Add ginger-garlic paste and cook till fragrant.
🔸 Add tomatoes and cook until soft and oil separates.
🔸 Add all spices and mix well.
🔸 Add mutton keema and cook on medium heat until juicy and fully done.
🔸 Garnish with fresh coriander.
🔸 Fill taco shells with keema, add lettuce, onions & sauces.
🔸 Serve hot and enjoy your desi-style tacos
