A rich, hearty, and flavour-packed mutton shoulder curry slow-cooked with aromatic spices for tender, melt-in-your-mouth meat. Perfect with naan, chapati, or steamed basmati rice.
Ingredients:
• Mutton shoulder (cubed)
• Onion (sliced)
• Garlic & ginger paste
• Tomatoes (chopped)
• Green chillies
• Turmeric powder
• Red chilli powder
• Coriander powder
• Cumin powder
• Garam masala
• Fresh coriander
• Cooking oil
• Salt & black pepper
Method:
- Heat oil and sauté the onions until golden brown.
- Add garlic, ginger, and green chillies, then cook until fragrant.
- Stir in the tomatoes and spices, cooking until the oil begins to separate.
- Add the mutton shoulder and cook for 5–7 minutes until well coated in the masala.
- Pour in enough water, cover, and simmer on low heat until the mutton is tender. Finish with garam masala and fresh coriander before serving.
