Prawn Noodle Soup Recipe

Light, comforting & bursting with bold Asian flavours perfect for a quick, satisfying meal 

Ingredients:
🔸 200g raw prawns (peeled & deveined)
🔸 120g egg noodles or rice noodles
🔸 1 tbsp sesame oil
🔸 1 tbsp soy sauce
🔸 1 tbsp minced garlic
🔸 1 tsp grated ginger
🔸 1 tsp chilli paste or chilli flakes (adjust to taste)
🔸 750ml chicken or vegetable stock
🔸 ½ tsp black pepper
🔸 Salt to taste
🔸 Fresh spring onions
🔸 Fresh coriander
🔸 Lime wedges

Instructions:
🔸 Heat sesame oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
🔸 Add garlic, ginger and chilli paste; sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
🔸 Pour in the stock, soy sauce and fish sauce. Bring to a gentle boil.
🔸 Add noodles and cook according to packet instructions.
🔸 Add prawns and cook for 2–3 minutes until pink and cooked through.
🔸 Season with black pepper and salt if needed.
🔸 Squeeze in fresh lime juice for extra flavour.
🔸 Garnish with spring onions and coriander.
🔸 Serve hot for a comforting, flavour-packed noodle soup.
