Ingredients:
🔸️400g prawns 
🔸️1 tbsp lemon juice
🔸️Salt & pepper
🔸️½ tsp turmeric, cumin seeds,red chilli powder,tsp garam masala
🔸️1 tbsp oil or ghee
🔸️2 tbsp butter
🔸️6–8 garlic cloves 
🔸️1 small onion
🔸️1 green chilli 
🔸️½ cup fresh cream
🔸️¼ cup tomato puree 

Instructions:
🔸️Toss prawns with lemon juice, turmeric, salt & pepper. Set aside for 10–15 minutes.
🔸️In a pan, heat oil and butter. Add cumin seeds, then garlic. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant but not burnt. Add onions and green chilli. Cook until soft and golden.
🔸️Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, and salt. Stir for 30 seconds, then add tomato puree. Cook until oil starts to separate.
🔸️Stir in marinated prawns. Cook for 3–4 minutes until prawns are pink and just cooked (don’t overcook).
🔸️Lower heat and pour in cream. Stir gently and cook for another 2 minutes. Sprinkle garam masala and mix.
🔸️Top with fresh coriander. Serve hot with naan, paratha, or steamed rice.
