Salmon Healthy Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
🔸 2 salmon fillets (grilled or pan-seared)
🔸 2 cups mixed salad greens
🔸 1 small cucumber, sliced
🔸 1 avocado, diced
🔸 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
🔸 ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
🔸 1 tbsp olive oil
🔸 1 tbsp lemon juice
🔸 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
🔸 1 tsp Dijon mustard
🔸 Salt & pepper to taste
🔸 Fresh dill or parsley for garnish

Instructions:
🔸 Season salmon with salt, pepper & a drizzle of olive oil; grill or pan-sear for 3–4 mins each side.
🔸 In a bowl, add salad greens, cucumber, tomatoes, avocado & onion.
🔸 Whisk together dressing: olive oil, lemon juice, honey & Dijon mustard.
🔸 Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently.
🔸 Flake the cooked salmon on top.
🔸 Garnish with fresh dill or parsley and a squeeze of lemon.
