Seabass Fish Fingers Recipe
Ingredients:
🔸️ 2 seabass fillets
🔸️ 1 egg (beaten)
🔸️ ½ cup plain flour
🔸️ 1 cup breadcrumbs or panko
🔸️ 1 tsp garlic powder
🔸️ ½ tsp paprika
🔸️ Salt & pepper (to taste)
🔸️Oil
🔸️ Lemon wedges (to serve)
Instructions:
🔸️ Prep the coating: Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt & pepper in a bowl.
🔸️ Dip each seabass strip in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
🔸️ Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry fish fingers for 2–3 mins each side until golden brown.
🔸️ Drain on paper towels and serve hot with lemon wedges or dip of your choice.
