Spicy Garlic Chicken Bites Recipe

Healthy and flavour-packed- the perfect guilt-free snack

Ingredients:
🔸 300g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
🔸 1 tbsp olive oil
🔸 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
🔸 1 tbsp lemon juice
🔸 1 tsp honey
🔸 1 tbsp minced garlic
🔸 1 tsp chilli flakes (adjust to taste)
🔸 ½ tsp paprika
🔸 ¼ tsp black pepper
🔸 Salt to taste
🔸 Fresh spring onions or coriander for garnish

Instructions:
🔸 In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, garlic, chilli flakes, paprika, salt & pepper.
🔸 Add chicken pieces and marinate for 20–30 minutes.
🔸 Heat a non-stick pan and cook the chicken on medium heat for 8–10 minutes, stirring often until golden and cooked through.
🔸 Drizzle a little extra lemon juice for freshness.
🔸 Garnish with chopped spring onions or coriander.
🔸 Serve hot as a healthy snack or add to salads, wraps & rice bowls
