Spicy Lamb Kebabs

Ingredients:
🔸️ 500g lamb mince
🔸️ 1 small onion, finely chopped
🔸️ 3 cloves garlic, minced
🔸️ 1-inch piece ginger, grated
🔸️ 1 tsp each ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, & chilli powder
🔸️ 1 tsp turmeric
🔸️ 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
🔸️ 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
🔸️ 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
🔸️ Juice of 1 lemon

🔸️ Salt and pepper

🔸️Olive oil

Instructions:
🔸️ In a large bowl, combine lamb mince, onion, garlic, ginger, and all the spices. Add chopped cilantro, mint, and lemon juice. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.
🔸️ Divide the lamb mixture into small portions and shape each into a long sausage-like shape. You can skewer the kebabs if desired, using wooden skewers soaked in water (to prevent burning) or metal skewers.
🔸️ Place the kebabs in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. This helps them hold their shape while cooking.
🔸️ Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush the kebabs lightly with olive oil and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until evenly browned and cooked through.
🔸️ Serve the kebabs hot with a side of yogurt dip, fresh salad, or pita bread. Add extra chili sauce or lemon wedges for a burst of flavour.
