Ingredients:
🔸 400g beef strips (Wagyu or premium sirloin)
🔸 2 tbsp soy sauce
🔸 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
🔸 1 tbsp sesame oil
🔸 1 tbsp honey
🔸 2 garlic cloves, minced
🔸 1 tbsp ginger, grated
🔸 1 small onion, sliced
🔸 1 red bell pepper, sliced
🔸 1 green bell pepper, sliced
🔸 1 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
🔸 1 tbsp sesame seeds
🔸 Spring onions, for garnish

Instructions:
🔸 In a bowl, marinate the beef with soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Let it sit for 15–20 mins.
🔸 Heat sesame oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
🔸 Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 3–4 mins until browned.
🔸 Toss in the onion and peppers; cook for another 2–3 mins.
🔸 Sprinkle chili flakes and sesame seeds, then toss well.
