Tiger Prawn Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients:
🔸️300g pasta
🔸️300g tiger prawns, deveined and peeled
🔸️2 tbsp olive oil
🔸️3 cloves garlic, minced
🔸️2 tbsp unsalted butter
🔸️1 cup heavy cream
🔸️1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
🔸️1 tsp dried Italian herbs
🔸️Salt and pepper to taste
🔸️Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
🔸️Lemon wedges (optional, for serving)

Instructions:
🔸️ Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
🔸️ Add pasta and cook according to package instructions. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
🔸️ Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
🔸️ Add the tiger prawns and season lightly with salt and pepper.
🔸️ Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove and set aside.
🔸️ In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
🔸️ Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
🔸️ Lower the heat, pour in the heavy cream, and stir gently.
🔸️ Gradually add the Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously, until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
🔸️ Add the Italian herbs and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
🔸️ Return the cooked prawns to the skillet.
🔸️ Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat everything in the sauce.
🔸️ If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of reserved pasta water until it reaches the desired consistency.
🔸️ Transfer to serving plates and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
🔸️ Serve with lemon wedges for a zesty touch, if desired.
