A popular dry fillet perfect for both small and large applications. These dry fillets are perfect for Barbeques, Chicken Tikka, Grilling and many more applications which require a dry unsalted fillet. These fillets sit very well with Gym enthusiasts and bodybuilders due to its clean high protein levels. Very Similar to our Super Pollo chicken.

Each fillet is individually frozen and then packaged in 2 x 5kg bags within a 10kg master cartons. This allows chefs to defrost and cook a single fillet at a time as opposed to defrosting entire cartons. Also allows for easy storage in your freezer.
