A newly developed dry fillet perfect for both small and large applications. These dry fillets are perfect for Barbeques, Chicken Tikka, Grilling, Fillet burgers and many more applications which require a dry unsalted natural fillet. These fillets sit very well with Gym enthusiasts and bodybuilders due to its clean high protein levels. 

Each fillet is individually frozen and then packaged in 4 x 2.5kg bags within a 10kg master cartons. This allow for easy storage whether in a home environment or catering kitchen. It also allows chefs to defrost and cook a single fillet at a time as opposed to defrosting entire cartons.
